Buckwheat/mushroom ravioli with oxtail ragu


I didn’t write down what I did to make mushroom filling for homemade buckwheat ravioli, but the pasta recipe is available from 2/3/10. The ragu is from 3/26/10. The combination of the two is the stuff legends are made of.

Just thought I’d post this photo for the fun of it.

I keep saying I'm going to make my own ravioli...I've made my own pasta before, but never ravioli (my grandma would be disappointed I'm sure!). I usually make 100 excuses of why I don't...maybe, like so many things I've been putting off, it's time :)
